Jenna Wood is a dedicated facilitator and coach, who brings curiosity and structure to leadership conversations. Jenna earned a Science Degree from Dalhousie University, and that educational background in partnership with her extensive experience working with teams allows Jenna to help create clarity from ambiguity. Having worked with leaders from the front line to the C-suite, Jenna has a remarkable ability to connect the big picture ‘so what’ to actionable plans that supports leaders as they navigate through challenges.
Jenna has a passion for helping leaders develop their teams. With her training in various learning tools, she can help teams identify gaps or challenges, find key alignment and increase efficiency. By providing consistency and challenging perspectives, Jenna guides and coaches leaders as they develop their unique leadership presence.
A skilled facilitator and certified coach, Jenna creates sessions that provide outcomes tailored to a team’s specific needs. Over the years, she has worked to support many teams as they clarify priorities, set objectives and commit to better communication. Jenna has extensive experience leading and developing leadership training sessions that are both interactive and engaging.
Jenna was raised in Calgary and enjoys spending her time in outside. You will often find her hiking, skiing, or kayaking.

Kristin Roy is a seasoned facilitator and leadership coach who has been delivering engaging and inclusive training for more than 20 years. She earned her Masters Degree in Education and Bachelor of Education in Adult Education from Brock University as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Kristin brings a broad range of experience from roles she's held in the post-secondary, K-12 education and non-profit sectors. For 10 years she was a human resources leader supporting leadership development, guiding strategic direction and creating an effective experience for employees at all levels.
Over the years, Kristin has worked with thousands of seasoned and aspiring leaders, and remains laser-focused on her goal of developing employee capacity, leadership skills and organizational effectiveness. Her signature brand of authenticity, warmth and finely-tuned facilitation skills ensures organizations and individuals can build skillsets and teams that will propel their company forward.
Born and raised in southern Ontario, Kristin and her family now happily call Calgary home. Kristin enjoys spending time on her paddleboard, exploring the mountains and watching sunsets from her back deck. She and her husband can most often be found cheering on their two daughters on the volleyball court.

Tracy is a highly experienced professional who brings a deep knowledge of leadership development and a dynamic, high-energy facilitation style to her work. She continuously excels at forming deep connections with her clients thanks to her forthcoming approach, coupled with an engaging sense of humour.
She is driven by helping leaders gain clarity on what they want from their teams and themselves. By uncovering what might be holding them back from achieving these goals, Tracy is able to inspire her clients to carry out daily acts of courageous leadership.

Kimberly is a passionate business professional dedicated to leadership development, coaching, continuous growth, and change management. A visionary and experienced practitioner, she blends the science of human behavioral change with practical expertise to drive lasting organizational success. Trusted by executive leadership teams, Kimberly collaborates with organizations to define strategies, enhance workforce capabilities, and cultivate the leadership skills essential to navigate and thrive in today’s ever-evolving business landscape.
With over 15 years of experience, Kimberly holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Science. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Kimberly’s diverse combination of education and hands-on experience spans industries including mining, manufacturing, oil and gas, and insurance, enabling her to quickly adapt to any business environment and guide organizations through leadership development, strategy implementation, and sustainable transformation.
A roaming spirit, Kimberly is originally from southern Alberta and spent the past 15 years primarily in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, with extensive experience working across Canada and the USA. She is now happily back in Calgary, AB, with her husband and two dogs. Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, running, connecting with friends, and delving into Buddhist psychology—always seeking personal and professional growth and meaning.

Dickson Wood is a specialist in organizational and team performance who brings a pragmatic approach to productivity and business results. His focus is on creating alignment in teams and among leaders in the context of connecting business strategy to execution. From the boardroom to the field, Dickson supports the development of business practices that enhance business results.
Dickson is an experienced and skillful facilitator who has guided countless organizations through structured strategic processes and has provided leadership development for leaders at all levels in a wide variety of organizations.
Dickson earned his Masters degree from the University of Alberta where he studied organizational development. He has taught management and leadership courses at Mount Royal University in Calgary and has instructed a variety of other leadership and development programs over the years. He has also conducted Board Governance courses for professional associations such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Dickson and his wife are avid outdoor enthusiasts. Golfing , kayaking, and cycling in the summer and skiing or snowshoeing in the winter are favorite activities.
