Kristin Roy is a seasoned facilitator and leadership coach who has been delivering engaging and inclusive training for more than 20 years. She earned her Masters Degree in Education and Bachelor of Education in Adult Education from Brock University as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University. Her exploration of impactful leadership training began at a summer camp in Northern Ontario where she spent more than 25 years.
Before moving into Consulting full-time, Kristin gained a broad range of experience from roles she held in the post-secondary, K-12 education and non-profit sectors. For a decade, she was a human resources leader supporting leadership development, guiding strategic direction and creating an effective experience for employees at all levels.
Over the years, Kristin has worked with thousands of seasoned and aspiring leaders, and remains laser-focused on her goal of developing employee capacity, leadership skills and organizational effectiveness. Her signature brand of authenticity, warmth and finely-tuned facilitation skills ensures organizations and individuals can build skillsets and teams that will propel their company forward.
Born and raised in southern Ontario, Kristin and her family have happily called Calgary home since 2021. She and her husband can most often be found cheering on their two daughters on the volleyball court.

A visionary and experienced practitioner, she blends the science of human behavioral change with practical expertise to drive lasting organizational success. Trusted by executive leadership teams, Kimberly collaborates with organizations to define strategies, enhance workforce capabilities, and cultivate the leadership skills essential to navigate and thrive in today’s ever-evolving business landscape.
With over 15 years of experience, Kimberly holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Science. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Kimberly’s diverse combination of education and hands-on experience spans industries including mining, manufacturing, oil and gas, and insurance, enabling her to quickly adapt to any business environment and guide organizations through leadership development, strategy implementation, and sustainable transformation.
A roaming spirit, Kimberly is originally from southern Alberta and spent the past 15 years primarily in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, with extensive experience working across Canada and the USA. She is now happily back in Calgary, AB, with her husband and two dogs. Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, running, connecting with friends, and delving into Buddhist psychology—always seeking personal and professional growth and meaning.
